I stumbled upon this quiet spot while wandering the edges of the city's redeveloped waterfront. The contrast immediately commanded my attention—the stark, industrial blue and grey of the towering dock cranes rising abruptly from a soft, inviting bed of lush summer greenery. I sat on the grass for an hour just watching the clouds warp and drift behind their colossal mechanical arms. There is something deeply calming about massive machinery at rest; they look like gentle, metallic dinosaurs grazing peacefully on the horizon, completely unbothered by the passing of time.
