The sky above the Hollywood Tower Hotel seems to remember that fateful night in 1939. Even during the day, these dark, brooding storm clouds gather, casting long shadows over the Art Deco elegance that once hosted the elite. As you stand in the plaza, you can almost hear the faint, ghostly strains of a jazz band echoing from the Tip Top Club.
